Island Risers LLC offers a very high quality kitchen lift, designed to effectively incorporate an appliance garage into an esthetically pleasing Kitchen Island. Each unit is ergonomically superb and incorporates vital safety features. The key to the line is appliance concealment and out of the way storage that is readily available for use. These space saving lifts can be incorporated into a closet, library, bath, bar, entertainment room, garages, etc...

These space saving Lifts are not only employed as appliance garages, but can also disguise aquariums, conceal valuables and/or liquor, camouflage shoe storage, tool bins, closets, books. The Island Lifts can be incorporated in a closet, library, bath, bar, garage, etc... One is only limited by their own imagination.

Each cabinet edge is monitored by infrared proximity switches. Should an object be identified on or near the closing edge of the appliance garage, the electronics will signal the lift to reverse its downward course and begin to travel up until the obstacle is removed. Should the obstruction remain, the Lift will continue to the full up position and lock. The remote must be reused to initiate the downward cycle.

The Island Lift product line is essentially manufactured with three main components.

1. The wood or metal cabinetry with shelves. Each unit is custom finished, which is determined by the consumer. Stainless Steel, Copper, Tile finishes are readily available.
2. Each riser/lift mechanism is assembled and mated to the various cabinet components independently.
   
3. The electronic functions are incorporated within the lift and cabinetry. They operate simultaneously insuring safety and accuracy.

Each unit is delivered complete and installed, requiring only 110V/AC. The builder/owner must install the hard surface counter tops once unit is setup and adjusted in the owner’s home. Capacities 500lbs. to 2500lbs…
